Role and Responsibilities

I worked closely with the product manager to lead the end-to-end design process from scratch, translating marketing goals, business requirements, and technical constraints into wireframes and high-fidelity designs. I also created and maintained the design system. Additionally, I defined motion and interaction specifications and collaborated closely with frontend developers to bring the product to life.

The Challenge

In the fast-moving world of DeFi, Web3, cryptocurrency, and AI, things evolve rapidly. The landing page should be the first touchpoint to reflect these changes, helping users, stakeholders, and investors share a consistent understanding of the product.

Our team decided to redesign the landing page to keep it fresh and up to date, with a minimal, AI-driven aesthetic.

Given the complexity of both DeFi and AI, I focused on a clean, easy-to-read design. The layout allows users to scroll naturally and understand the product in a simple, structured way, while subtle animations and transitions keep the experience engaging without overwhelming the content.

The Process

I started by analyzing the previous version of the landing page, along with feedback gathered from users, stakeholders, and internal teams. This helped identify key pain points, areas of confusion, and opportunities for improvement.

While the feedback on the previous version was generally positive, it did not fully communicate all the information we wanted to convey. In this iteration, I redesigned the content using more infographics to help explain complex topics in a way that is easier to read and understand.

The Result

The Hero Section

In this hero section, I introduced key metrics that provide value to both DeFi users and investors. The design focuses on clarity and readability, using a minimal, AI-driven visual style.

The key stats include Total Value Facilitated, Total Agentic Executions, and Total Strategies Executed. For users who want to explore more data, a “Dashboard” CTA directs them to the full dashboard page.

The DeFi Agent Section

By transitioning to a dark palette for this specific section, I aimed to signal a change in context. This shift draws immediate focus to our integration partners while grounding the user in the product's signature atmosphere, as the application itself is designed with a dark-mode-first philosophy.

The Features Section

To simplify the presentation of complex features, I designed an interactive card-scroll animation. This approach utilizes progressive disclosure, allowing users to focus on one feature at a time. By isolating the information, I reduced cognitive load and ensured that the user can digest technical details without feeling overwhelmed.

The Architecture Section

For the Architecture section, I returned to a dark palette to transport the user 'under the hood of the INFINIT ecosystem. I used motion design to visualize the complex backend processes, intentionally contrasting the sophisticated technical architecture with the simplified, user-friendly experience of the frontend. This reinforces the product's value: we handle the complexity so the user doesn't have to.

The “Who is INFINIT For” Section

I implemented a scrolling card layout to present our core user personas: Strategy Creators and DeFi Users. By utilizing large, high-fidelity infographics within each card, I ensured the storytelling was clear and impactful. This 'one-at-a-time' scroll interaction allows users to focus on the specific workflow relevant to them, providing a tailored narrative of how the product fits their needs.

The “IN Token” Section

In the IN Token section, I used a clean layout with a 3D token animation to make it more engaging. This part explains the benefits of holding $IN for our users, while also showing investors our real-world utility and the many exchanges where the token is available.

Special thanks to Uttakorn (Graphic Designer) for collaborating on the 3D token interaction
